Don’t use this service it actually cheaper and faster with last hassle to just use the regular prime, or just drive to get the item yourself,
  • Lies

No longer is the minimum $20 to get free 2 hour delivery but it’s now $35 for free “2 hour delivery. However, this 2 hour delivery doesn’t exist anymore...I put in my order at 9:44am and my delivery window is 12pm-2pm.
  • Not worth it

Why even pay for prime? Local stores have better prices and free delivery or at least reserved parking where they load your car.
  • Not in Philadelphia? Really?

    By SpinningDevil
How is Philadelphia not a major enough market?
  • Not my area

    By Kimbur37
I gave it one star because it does not deliver to my area. I’m only 20-30 minutes from Seattle where they DO deliver
  • I’m satisfied

    By Jennyjay86
This is good for people who despise going to the grocery store like me because of my crippling social phobias. I ordered about $170 worth of groceries and was quite pleased with what I received. Although some produce such as my grapes and apples weren’t really that fresh and we’re bruised, it was worth the money to not have to go to the grocery store myself. It’s definitely not two hour delivery from the time of purchase, you just pick a 2 hour delivery window which people probably don’t know from the misleading advertising of prime now. Overall pleased!
  • Lame

I used Prime Now for a lot of things in the past...have had drivers get all the way to my house before realizing they didn’t have my order and just cancelling it, or they’d forget so many things from my order... I had deleted the app, but I’m sick and needed some small things, it’s 5pm, and the delivery window isn’t till 8-10pm! How is that 2-hour delivery? Girl, bye
  • Not Amazon Quality

    By Refill User
Loyal Amazon shopper - have been a prime member since the beginning. Amazon should be embarrassed. Service is unreliable. Know that your order will be canceled less than 20 minutes before the delivery window starts, with no reason given.
  • Great for what it was, now worse.

The app is great in the sense that it delivers local products right to your doorstep for no additional fee as long as you're in Amazon prime member. The app does suggest that you tip your driver a minimum of five dollars for the service. My issue is that Amazon prime is advertised as a speedy 2-hour service and that's really not the case. What happens is that you place your order and then they give you a two hour window when it may be delivered. For example, I placed an order at 6:15pm and the earliest they said that my products could be delivered was between 8 and 10pm. Thus the earliest my products could arrive would be within two hours, and typically I end up waiting about 3 to 4 hours for my products. Edit: The app now offers restaurant delivery, but the food is almost always delivered outside of the given 30 minute time window. Additionally, you are not allowed to edit the driver’s tip (default $5) after the order is placed, so you have to guess how good the service will be.
  • Illiterate Drivers

    By gafoopy
Almost all of the time, the delivery driver doesn’t read the delivery instructions I’ve written out. Usually they would call me or I would call them for their illiteracy, but recently I’ve gotten drivers who’s listed numbers direct me to someone completely different, and then the order is cancelled. Completely inconvenient, they need drivers who can actually read their job.
