  • My #1 Self-employment financial tool

    By littlewingjt
QB Self-Employed replaced several personally developed manual tools I was using. I’ve been surveyed in person by team representatives from Intuit to discuss how I use the app in my daily life. The team was personable, professional, and highly receptive to my feedback. Glad to support the product and its continued development, and I recommend it regularly to colleagues.

    Extremely hard to cancel subscription!!!!
  • Terrible Customer Service!!! Terrible mileage tracking!!!! Terrible financial services!!!!

There are multiple major issues with this app. I am being double charged each month for one email subscription and have yet to hear back why. I can’t actually collect payments through the credit card feature because Intuit is demanding private information (some of which I simply don’t have- like bank statements of prior invoicing from clients I am just starting to work with) from both me and my clients, but won’t explain why or how to get the funds released, either to me or back to my customers. The mileage tracking is tedious and you can only input one vehicle, so if you ever buy a new company vehicle you can’t update it in the system. Terrible app!

This app is complete crap they send you in circles to try and set it up. Such a waste of my time! All set with this.
  • Quick books

I love how I can do everything from my phone!
  • Easy to use.

This app is easy to use daily and I keep every receipt now when I used to get a little lazy and miss one now and then. I really wish we could get the app to rotate into landscape mode on the iPad though. The splash screen does it, but the rest of the app is in portrait mode only. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.
  • Disappointed to Say the Least

I started my own business after a less than amicable divorce and was looking forward to using the quik books app for my bookkeeping needs. Since I was just starting out, I couldn’t afford the luxury of a private bookkeeper and I had only heard positive things about quik books. However, when I went to connect my bank to track revenue and expenses, my request was DENIED because of my credit score! I was dum founded. What the heck does my credit score have to do with tracking my revenue and expenses!!! I felt as though I was being judged and discriminated against!! I wonder how many other people have felt this way. I am not proud of my credit score and I am not going to justify it, but my goodness, it’s just an App on a phone, not a $300.000 home! !!! Needless to say, I won’t be using this app now or in the future. I will also tell the people I know not to, also!
