    My husband and I have been using Spendee for almost two years now and we loved it. We are premium members and have referred our friends to this app for their budget needs. I hate budgeting and loved this app and it’s simplicity. However the last 4 updates they have released it has completely undone our accounts to the point that it has rendered the app useless to us. We have not been able to add anything to our wallet via the app or online for 3 weeks. We have contacted the support every other day for 3 weeks with little to no support or movement toward a solution. I urge you Spendee to focus on making the app work for your customers and improving the customer support. 3 weeks with very little response and help is completely unacceptable. We desperately want to stay with Spendee but you are actively forcing our hand to change. I look forward to your prompt response here since email doesn’t seem to be the way to get your attention.

    My husband and I can’t get out premium accounts to sync. A ticket was open nearly 2 months ago and their “support” doesn’t care at all. They respond to all praise reviews and completely ignore the complaints. My husband has to keep asking for updates, not once did they proactively approached and said something. Perhaps they need to learn what Customer Service is. I’m cancelling my account.

    Two Premium accounts here. Budgets won’t sync (basic, foundational feature) between mine and my wife’s devices. Support has been completely careless about my ticket which is open for two months now. I have to keep asking for updates and CC’ing their CEO to get a canned “the programmers will have a look response”. Its as if they are doing me a favor! Cancelling my account next billing cycle, taking my business elsewhere.

    Paid customer here. Support responds to praises but not to complaints. Ticket open since mid December yet no resolution for a Budget sync issue. I even wrote to the CEO. The response is “we will pass it to the devs...”. No proactive updates from their side and no resolution. When it works its great, when you have a problem- you’re on your own.
  • Amazing App to Get Finances Under Control

    This app is to my wallet what 'MyFitnessPal' is to my waistline. My wife and I use it daily and it's been instrumental in understanding where our money goes. Furthermore, I had an issue (user error), and they got back to me quickly. Update: The support for this app is nearly non-existent. I am a paying, premium member, and I haven’t been able to use it in over a week. I have had countless issues (shifting expenses, sync issues where I have lost 15+ days of expenses, etc.). I loved this app, but am worried that they’re now focused too much on what’s next and not enough on simply making it work.
