  • Mute conflict

    “Tap to speak” screen indicates “your microphone is muted”...apparently not entirely the truth. My colleagues were thrilled with my personal conversation. Appears muting / unmuting yourself on the attendees screen does not accurate toggle the other screen.
  • iPhone App Poorly Designed

    As a desktop app I like Zoom much more than Skype but the IPhone version needs a lot of work. I have had several business calls go nowhere when trying to use it. Now at point where I avoid Zoom if the conf call is not from desktop and advising coworkers the same. For the developers: 1. App seems to connect to call if there are other apps on phone open that also use audio like Amazon Prime music. 2. Does not like Bluetooth components like AirPods. You hear nothing but others can hear you. 3. There are too many steps and choices to get into a meeting. If I am in a car I need to pull over. The process should be one tap and then in. 4. Buttons too small on screen. Use the full real estate of the screen.

    I highly recommend ZOOM. I’m connected @ lightning speed- within 10 seconds. It’s the most reliable & user-friendly meeting platform I’ve utilized (I’ve utilized so many). It’s very user-friendly as a presenter & attendee. It’s very seamless to transfer your presentation from your iPad, laptop or computer. The HD visual clarity, outstanding sound & volume are to be commended. I did note a few comments regarding issues with these aspects. It seems like those issues could possibly be related to something on the user’s system. I’m very impressed that ZOOM’s Developer Team responds to their user’s issues & reaches out directly to the end users to resolve the issue(s).
