I've used this app in the past and it has worked well. However, it no longer works in iOS 7. The app crashes during launch.

Installed this app 2 years ago. Has never failed. The key is proper setup in AVAYA CM/Aura system & the one time setup in iPhone settings.it works. I make calls daily from my iPhone app as if I am at my desk. great when you dont want them to know your cell #. I receive my desk phone calls to my iPhone so I am always in touch. And I can control the function "simultaneous ring" & "Send all Calls" from the iPhone app. I dont have to be at or go to my desk to do it. have this in place for about 60 users and all are happy with it.

  • Can't connect to phone contacts

App crashes when a contact is selected in Phonebook. Saw this on 3 different user's phones. Issue may have started with iOS7
  • No support

I have had an iPhone since it first came out and have always been impressed with how the developers share the same view of ease of use and set up as the Apple name implies. Until this app. Avaya obviously doesn't get the idea that if the consumer has an iPhone they simply do not wish to learn how to build a watch to tell time. No support.....took forever to get someone on the line other than an automated attendant. I wouldn't recommend this app....if you have Avaya in your office forward you calls to your iPhone thru the website and avoid this hassle at all costs.
  • Good app w/ iPhone 4

Good app for Avaya EC500 feature. Took a bit to get setup. Wish feature names were consistence with ASA programming info. User guide PDF very helpful. A bit funny on outside dialing. Good for trunk dialing between 2 Avaya systems to show internal name and number. Wish I was able to program voicemail codes for non-Avaya PBX.
  • iPhone 4 support?

The app looks great once you've configured everything. However, it doesn't seem to make out going calls on my iPhone 4. Does the app support iOS4?
