  • Really like this app, BUT....

    So I love this app. It’s helped me track what I am eating through my pregnancy and keep my calorie counts on point to keep my gain steady. It’s been really valuable for minimizing the first trimester stress about morning sickness and not eating enough. What I don’t like though, is even when the goals are set to “gain”, the recipes, tips, blog posts etc are all about losing weight! Not healthy gaining. I understand that most people use this app to lose weight but why have gain as an option if all it’s going to change is the calorie count. It’s very discouraging to see all these recommendations on how to feel full on 1500 calories or less a day... when I need to eat 3k, and am struggling to do it.

    i clicked on sign up and as i was halfway through, a box popped up saying “we were unable to process your registration at this time” i’ve deleted and redownloaded the app, refreshed, restarted my phone, everything.. but this same message keeps popping up. i’m frustrated bc i really hoped to try this app out..
  • Lies

    On the app page in the App Store, the app says its for ages 4+. I’m 11 and trying to eat healthier, since it’s always good to eat healthy starting at a young age. Yet... I put in my birthday and it won’t allow me to continue. This happens with a lot of apps and is very annoying since I just want to know if I’m eating healthy or not. Please stop lying. You do not allow people ages 4 and over to use this app and I’ve been disappointed once again.

    This app has saved me in life- It’s always there for me- I might stop for awhile- but when I’m ready to jump on the horse of conscious eating again- it’s there for me- and it remembers me and where I’ve been. I’ve been using it on and off again since 2012- and it shows all my progress. It has every food item you can imagine/ and if not a close counterpart - the barcode option is amazing- you can count your workouts and water easily- when I tried keto- I could easily check how many carbs I was ingesting-and could balance out the percentages with what I ate next- You can create a meal you eat normally and save it as a meal to easily add to your diary a different day-or a button to just add your breakfast from Yesterday - if your always eat the same most days- there is some social options as well- if you have friends using the app- you can see each others progress- I can’t say enough good things- I’ve tried other apps - and I’ve done weight watchers-but I always come back to this app. It’s my comfort and home. It keeps me aware- it keeps me focused and motivated.

    So had the app and logged in today to add my foods because I’m on keto, just to find out they want you to go premium now for your marcos! Something I used to do for free. So because you can push people into a corner I deleted your app.
  • Lost Compatibility with Fitbit

    I loved MyFitnessPal until it stopped working with my Fitbit a few months ago. It was perfect in aiding me in losing 15 pounds. Now I am logging food in the app and subtracting the calories from Fitbit app. Wish it worked as it did in the past.
  • What happened to my streak?!

    Hello, Recently the app has undergone a few updates which hope to bring bug fixes. My complaint lies in the fact that my streak of days was lost, yet I’ve logged successfully on the nutrition portion of the app for over 75 days! This is not a terrible issue, but it is a huge blow to my confidence as it constantly helps to remind me of the progress I’ve made. Would love to see this fixed PLEASE!!!
  • Frustration

    I’m frustrated with how buggy this app can be. One day the exercise will count correctly in that it will allow you more calories to consume. The next day your exercise counts like extra food meaning less calories you can consume. I think it would be extremely unhealthy for someone to consume less than 1000 calories a day, but if I exercise that is all I am allowed? Wish they could keep this consistent and correct.
