  • can’t raise hand in mobile version

    By Henry '10
This wont allow me to raise my hand so I can’t participate in a meeting where attendees are muted
  • Bob

Would be handy to have drop down on meeting number for repetitive meetings each month with user ability to identify by nickname chosen by user.
  • Needs Whiteboard

    By Prof.Whaley
The app is not useful because it lacks two important features that the PC version has: sharing my screen and sharing a whiteboard.
  • Not intuitive

    By Madam-S
At this point, we expect this sort of app to be as easy as FaceTime or Skype, but WebEx isn’t. Why do I need to install a new app? Why does audio require a separate operation when I already have video and chat connected? Why does it ask me for a code (which I don’t have, causing panic) and then go on without it? Where’s the hangup button? I was forced to use this for a job interview. I don’t appreciate the interviewer’s selfishness to make me do this when Skype and FaceTime are so common.
  • So long as you have a good wifi connection, it works across the globe

    By ShreekantP
No issues in delays. Voice is crystal clear as is the video. The presenter had no problems hearing me when I was remote.
  • Not reliable

    By AV Bobby
This takes far too long to initiate and then join a meeting. The Windows version is not stable in my experience. Too finicky.
  • Why do I have to log in EVERY TIME I use it???

    By Siege69
Let me preface this by saying I work for Cisco. I cannot fathom why every time I use this app on my phone IT HAS LOST ALL MY INFORMATION. It doesn’t know my username, my server, my phone number, that I want it to auto call my phone. I get that occasionally I will have to re-enter my password. I tolerate that occasionally. This is every time. Please, whoever at Cisco owns this product - think about the user. Most likely when you are logging into a meeting with your phone it’s because you are on the go. It’s highly annoying to be several minutes late to a meeting because you didn’t think ahead to login 5 minutes early because the app isn’t smart enough to retain basic information. If I had ANY other choice, I would delete this poorly crafted user experience disguised as a collaboration app.
  • Poor UI

    By potato-head
Not a very user friendly UI. Needs many clicks to get into a call, and the Call Me UI needs re-thinking as it's too small, especially for when driving. Add Car Play support!!
  • Not good enough

    By Marcomexhon
The app is good to join a meeting but it is not able to edit a meeting and not very friendly at scheduling the meeting. It had changed the meeting from PM to AM a few times.
  • Extremely difficult to use on mobile

    By Gui Carva
Had to join a meeting now and I can’t get the pw unless I open through app. App crashes non-stop, meeting missed. Miss the ol’ easy days...
