Reviews Everyone who is alive must have this type of password organizer for all of your crucial accounts. A close family relative who works for Homeland Security turned me onto this great app, which he uses all the time. I love this app and use it constantly for just about everything. I used to write down passwords and kept them in my wallet until it was stolen! What a mess! I uploaded the Keeper application and since then my life has been less complicated. Password Keeper is the only thing that keeps all my passwords in order and me, sane. Keeper is definitely the best app on the market for keeping passwords and other confidential information. • App bugs in IOS- I can only see my shared folders

    By JBtxhtown
I recently downloaded Keeper for password management and I thought that it was the full solution. After spending hours organizing my passwords into folders and su folders then installing the app on my iPhone, I was perplexed as to why I could only see the folders I shared with my wife and not my personal ones. After chatting with Keeper support, I was informed that I need to wait until the app is updated next so the folder structures are identical across platforms. Are you kidding me? Why on Earth would you create an app for your software that only lets you see half of your data? HUGE fail by Keeper in my opinion. Makes me wonder what else is unsupported that I haven't discovered yet.
  • Great App!!

Been using this app for years. It’s my memory in digital form—don’t know what I’d do without it!
  • 24/7 Chat support not available

    By EdV9240
Wondering if I bought the right manager. Though rated high in several sites when I sought help with password recovery Chat is not available. Not sure I want to trust a service that is not there when needed. Yes it is Sunday at 10 am but isn't that what 24/7 means?
  • Great App!

I have so many passwords that would be impossible for me to memorize them or have them written in a notebook. Keeper makes it easy to find the passwords because they file them in alphabetical order and most important they are secure and encrypted. I love it!
  • Be Cautious... Very Cautious

    By airbnb fraud victim
After 8 months, the app is no longer accepting my finger print, master password or answers to the security questions I set. Nor are they answering my email. This is alarming! I spent my Saturday resetting my user ID/passwords for many accounts and deleting this app. I am not sure if they were hacked or what has happened, but I recommend caution.
  • Needs a gentle adjustment

The entire AP is great, however the vertical alphabetized column located on the right side of the screen is too small. Often the choice touched is wrong because it’s too small.
  • Must Have App

    By jalo1l
Easiest way to store passwords. Had to replace my previous phone because of water damage and customer service went above and beyond to help me.
  • Information Thief

    By rock enale
Thats right, got free version, used a few yrs and because I chose NOT to update they deleted my passwords from the app and kept for themselves. I refuse to pay for a subscription when there are plenty of free apps. If Apple does not get a grip on this, we are switching to windows.
  • Literally worst app I’ve ever downloaded

    By kepper is awful
This app stores your own data on your own phone in a secure manner, yes. Be advised that keeper eliminates access to your own data on your own phone unless you pay a yearly fee. I had to pay 30 dollars to access my own data on my own phone. Just a crappy, crappy app.
  • Great app, quit with the pop-ups

    By Hendroson
I’ve been using the app for a while now, without giving much thought to checking out the competition. Well, I recently got a new phone and decided to see what else was out there. I’m happy with Keeper, and I fully planned to pay for whichever app I chose, but I refused to pay for app that solicits payments by inundating users with pop-ups. I did several weeks of research, I think 7 apps total, but I never found another app with the feature set and ease of use that Keeper has. After seeing everything else, I give them a lot of credit here. And they’re continuing development as well. So, I begrudgingly paid, but I got the best app. Please, do us a favor and get rid of the pop-ups. People are going to enter heir passwords, and when they need to switch phones they will buy the software.
