  • Volume increases way too high

Fuze incoming calls increased the volume of connected headsets exponentially high. Good for a startle every time I get a call. Terrible.

Update: latest app update improved messaging greatly. Messages usually show up now, but still almost always delayed several minutes. But they do show up eventually, which is a huge improvement. Call history now shows up, it didn’t before. Just three stars due to general annoyance. More later if the app continues to improve. Original review: Nice looking app with great features, but too much doesn’t work reliably. Voice calls work ok, with good quality. Except when they don’t work at all. Instant messages seldom arrive at all on this app, but work on the desktop. History is often blank, or shows only phone calls - no messages. Works fine on pc, so this app must be crapware. A voice and message app that is unreliable is useless. Tech support is apparently helpless. All this happens on both a 100M WiFi link or strong LTE, so don’t blame the connection. Fuze is great if you’re at your desk pc all the time, but don’t bother trying to use this mobile app.

Most cell data connections can’t maintain a stable connection. The more people you have in a meeting causes breaking up and disconnections. Hotel internet can not handle understandable connections and meetings. Worst decision our company has ever made!
  • Took 30 minutes to join a meeting

App kept wanting my username and password that I didn’t have and wouldn’t let me join as a guest in my browser. Would put in conference ID and would prompt it was invalid.

While I primarily use Fuze on my computer, this app is great for when I am on the move. Easy to send messages and join meetings.

  • Garbage

Total garbage. Won’t work with most browsers. Every client firewall blocks it. Do not buy this product. Stay away.
