I wish there were more opportunities to get free diamonds but I’m giving it a 5 star because they improved the app due to reviews and that says they listen to their customers.
  • No your choice

Would of gave it more stars if it actually was your choice. They make the choice for you so you have to pay for diamonds. Not worth it
  • Not playable unless you put in a lot of money

Normally if a game is super money grubbing I would give it one star but the stories are actually pretty interesting. Unfortunately the game is close to impossible to play without spending about $2 per ideal choice, making the story difficult to play. There is no real option to earn in game currency or chapter keys with ads, either.
  • Unoriginal!

Right off the bat I could see this was a copy off of episode choose your story. Like come on! In the previews it had LITERALLY said, “ choose drama, choose love, choose romance,” and choose it all! Like come on anyone that can scroll through the App Store can see this, this, stupidity! You choose STORIES (same as Episode) and have CHOICES (same there too) and have/customize a main character! (Same again) let’s not forget that you use passes to read stories, too... (sameeee). What mostly ticks me off, is the fact that you COPIED and focused on some of Episodes’ main stories and genres!!! For instants, mysteries, vampires, dating, romance... the whole pack!! Remember when Classic was the only character style for Episode?? Well, there was a COLLEGE STORY where there is a girl who likes a college guy and so on... “Freshman” one of your lousy stories, is basically based off of it. I don’t care if you didn’t used anything copy righted, which you might have... but I know you’re copying completely. Episode mainly has characters standing and walking, but they have an option that is to focus on them, like YOU do with all the characters! Which is stupid and shows how under developed this game is... considering no characters actually move their mouths, or at all. How do you know where they are? Sooo dumb.
  • Diamonds Are Excessive

I love this game! I’ve replayed High School Story so many times! My only complaint is that not EVERY romance/pivotal choice should cost diamonds. Maybe every other. But once you pay 18 diamonds to do one romantic/pivotal thing then the next choice to do something romantic/pivotal is 30 more diamonds. Annoying.
  • Pretty but expensive with too many bugs

This game is pretty and interactive. I loved it at the beginning, but after the first book, you realize that you can’t do anything without spending money for diamonds. It’s frustrating. Furthermore, it has a lot of issue with diamond reward for watching add. You receive the diamond reward 1/3 times maximum.
  • Good stories but diamonds to costly

I like the stories. They are interesting and keep you engaged. I did quit playing though bc I refuse to continue to pay for diamonds. The ways to earn them are limited and I refuse to pay all the time to finish a story. There has to be a better way,
  • Money Making Scheme

This game is a shameless money making scheme. The fact that decisions cost diamonds isn’t the issue. It’s the fact that most decisions cost 15, 19, 23+ diamonds to explore certain storylines. Even if you played games constantly, it would take you at least a week to make that amount (playing various stories) if you’re at 0 diamonds. Then you could really only make big decisions once a week. The alternative is to buy diamond packages in which the cheapest is a $1.99 for 20 diamonds. That is one decision right there. And plus, no one wants to spend real money on these things either way. My suggestion? Lower the cost of big “decisions” to a maximum of 10 diamonds. Or increase the reward at the end of the chapter from 1 to 5 (at least). It’s understandable that developers have to make money, but the game setup decreases the level of enjoyment.

The game costs too many diamonds to make any good decisions. Also, whenever I watch a commercial to earn more diamonds the game says that there was an error and it doesn’t give me the diamond. Game could be so much better!!

Got lame pretty fast. There’s no way you could have a story go your way without using a jillion diamonds.
