  • A few rough spots, such as not being able to directly log a find, but good.

There a lot of features in this program! I was able to connect using the geocaching.com website login, but the API doesn’t seem to have a way to authenticate. Once you get used to the interface, which is a bit complex, you can get a lot of information on a near live basis. I was unable to log a find using “Log this Find”, which was irritating, since there a lot of nice features such as templates. The program crashes about 5 seconds after you click “Submit”. I had to use the “Open in Browser” option, which worked OK, and was able to log on the website. This just seems like a lot of extras steps, though. Fix that, and you will get a rating bump-up.
  • Not worth the effort

This app was not worth the effort to download. I could never get it to show any caches, not even after signing in to my groundspeak/geocaching account. I even tried making my own waypoints and they would not show. Simple truth is there are way to many steps, hoops and barrels to get this app to show caches where others do it automatically. I was really hoping for something new and was really disappointed. I’d give it zero stars if I could. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
