  • No Longer Free

    By Total Awesomeness
They are now charging for shipping. Literally the only reason I use Prime Now over Instacart because it was simple to find $20 worth of things and shipping was free. Made the choice today to order off Instacart over prime. Instacart has a better selection, without free shipping there's no reason for me to use Prime Now.
  • More payment options for Amazon overall

Would be wonderful! Namely, Paypal or at least the ability to make bank drafts for Prime Now.
  • Busy momma!

    By gto6strong
I discovered Amazon Now right after I had my new born in 2015. I have been in love since. If I have dinner to shop for I can get most of the items and so some cleaning while I wait. But what gets me the most is when I have a sick kiddo at home I can open the app order all I need in Meds and perishable foods and it is there within the hour and I never have to take my kiddo out to fight lines and traffic while they are sick. The delivery people are so nice. They have delivered to my home, my moms home and my office. I love it!!!!
  • Question

    By Mcmmedic
Hey now that you have a distribution center in southeast Michigan open when can we expect Amazon prime now?
  • Bad service Sad app

    By Tr1pleK
Unlike amazon retail website, the prime Now orders are subject to change till the last minute.. while ordering it shows the availability but just before delivering you get a message that some of the items are not available and you will not be charged.. That’s ridiculous cause the products I order in Prime Now are daily essentials and I need to know for sure while ordering if they are available.. not at 10pm in the night when they make most of their deliveries.. What makes it worse is when they message that some of the items are not available, there is no option to cancel the whole order.. If some of the items are missing then I would rather cancel the whole order, cause now I need to make a trip to the store.. I may as well get them all then and save on the delivery fee!
  • Raised rates

    By Lordmach
With the raise in rates I will longer use this service. It was great before that.
  • Terrible UX

By nearing the end of childhood
There’s no back button half the time and definitely no intuitive way to delete items from cart. Updating the quantity to 0 is not intuitive.
  • Horrendously slow

    By RLDault
Somehow I can load 4 tabs of YouTube videos before the home page of this app loads. For being a multi-billion dollar corporation, you'd think loading times would be.. Idk... Less than 10 seconds on a home page? Some seriously crap network letters and a half baked UI around a webpage is what I think most of this app is.
  • Great until they raised the price

    By Make1tRane
Call me lazy, but I used this app/service probably 2-3 times a week. It’s not too hard to find $20 worth of items to purchase, which was the minimum order up until recently. Now the minimum is $10 for delivery, but you have to pay $4.99, and if you order $35+ the delivery fee is waived. I would love it if the delivery fees came in tiers, like $4.99 if it’s under $20, free if it’s $20-$35, and maybe free 1-hour if it’s over $35. I’d even be willing to pay $2.99 for 2 hour delivery, but asking people to almost double what they’d usually spend, on top of the annual fee, seems a bit desperate. Did the Whole Foods purchase backfire, or something?
  • Houston now requires $40

    By kevin28350602717405
It use to be $20 minimum for free deliveries in Houston but now it's $40. All other cities still $20. Consider this app deleted and my membership canceled.
